Probably, Yugoslavia was most democratic and westernized country from all socialist countries. And before the beginning of prior called "perestroika" in USSR, the considerable part of the population of Yugoslavia skeptically concerned to communists and to political system. But this discontent was switched to national hostility and terrorism, which have broken off the country on enmity territories.

Nationalism is one of the worst illnesses of mankind. (If the neighbours fight on this soil that, it doesn't make honour by any from the enmity parties, and not one punishment won't be more effective than that they are arranging to themselves.) Could is this illness cure by rough force? Probably, it is possible to knock down its external development for some time, but inside of man it remain.

USA aims to become the absolute leader for a long time all the World, to become the global dictator.

Beginning from the World War II, USA was aimed to reach the absolute military superiority. (And, probably, there were reasons for it.)

Applying strong efforts, USA has grown "Big bludgeon" of high military technologies. But, unfortunately, it has not added wit neither politicians, nor militaries waving by this bludgeon.

"Big bludgeon" was tested during the conflict in the Persian gulf. Iraq was knocked down, but the problems of the Persian gulf, alas, are not solved.

Fortunately (or unfortunately for Yugoslavia) the militarians had enough wit to not intervention to the territory of Iraq.

Now, USA try to wave by "Big bludgeon" in Yugoslavia, using their experience received in the Persian gulf. Alas, it had not solved any problems, but only had added new ones.

USA were remained or to declared an inaccuracy of their actions, or to intervention Yugoslavia. And the latter action can be in second Vietnam.

Whether it is possible to justify actions of USA by the reference to the noble purposes?

Let's try to feel to a grief of the people are plunged in the international conflict. Let's add sensation of loss of the nearest and destruction of habitual life as a result of bombardments. Plus, exasperation from mutual accusations in court disaster...
Now, neither formation of autonomous republic, nor the formation of the independent state Kosovo, will not decide an international problem in the near future.

But, if, the psychologists, the sociologists and economists were attracted in activity with this international problem, if USA was 10 % of funds from the current military consumptions on the peace solution of a problem that, probably, this problem would be already solved.

And most important, if USA will be possible to achieve some military success that, it can result in large troubles for mankind, because wants to try "Big bludgeon" also on other objectionable head.

The new concept of NATO is the concept of the global police dictator. It the threshold of World War III!

In Afghanistan war and in war in Chechen, Russia has got heavy experience. In such degree did the policies become cleverer from it? It is not known, but in result Russia has not any special desire to plunge into "dirt" of the Balkan war.

But, with acceptance by the countries of NATO the new concept, Russia will be compelled to accept counter-actions.
